Win a Dream Vacation Contest 2010 - Official Rules 1. The Prize There is one prize available to be won consisting of a 7-night Caribbean cruise for two (2) people travelling before December 31, 2011. Some restrictions and travel blackout periods may apply. The cruise includes standard outside stateroom accommodations, port charges and round trip economy airfare for two (2) people, departing from the major American or Canadian gateway city closest to the selected entrant's residence. Gratuities, all transportation to and from the selected entrant's and travelling companion's home and the airport, any additional hotel accommodations, optional shore excursions, airport and departure taxes, holiday insurance, beverages, additional meals while not onboard the ship and items of a personal nature are the responsibility of the selected entrant and their travelling companion. Selected entrant and companion will also be responsible for obtaining all necessary passports and travel documentation.
The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered, as there will be no substitutions and no cash equivalent. Travel is subject to space availability at time of booking and some blackout periods apply.
All decisions of the judges with respect to all aspects of the contest are final.
CruiseShipCenters International Inc. ("CII") reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and to substitute a prize of equivalent value should the prize described herein become unavailable. CII reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
By claiming the prize, the selected entrant waives the right to claim any cost of winning the prize including, without limitation, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem the prize and bears in full any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem the prize.

CII is not responsible for postal system, telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, misdirected, lost, stolen or otherwise illegible. Email entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder," is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online service provider, or other organization (ie: business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of CII and will not be returned to entrant.
Only one online and one mail entry per person / e-mail address is allowed for the entire promotion. 3. Selection of Winner - Eligibility A random draw will be held on November 13, 2010 from all eligible entries received and the selected entrant will be notified by telephone within 72 hours of the draw. Entry forms must be e-mail dated or postmarked no later than midnight on November 6, 2010 (Pacific Standard Time), the contest closing date. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant and travel companion will be required to sign a Release Form, confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as offered, and releasing the participating sponsors, CII and their respective employees and agents from any responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, damages, misfortune or expense resulting from the use or enjoyment of the prize.
If the selected entrant is unwilling or unable to comply with the contest rules within two weeks of the draw, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entry will be randomly drawn from the remaining eligible entries received.
In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical, time-limited, skill-testing question posed at a mutually agreeable pre-arranged time.
Contest is open to all residents of the United States and Canada (excluding areas where prohibited by law) being of the age of majority or older in the province or state in which they reside. Employees and their immediate families of CruiseShipCenters Canada Inc., its Franchisees, affiliates and subsidiaries, their respective employees, independent contractors, commissioned employees, and participating contest sponsors are not eligible.
By entering the contest, the entrants agree to give the sponsors and CII permission to use their name and/or picture in contest publicity without compensation other than the prize offered. 4. Waiver of Liability: Winner agrees, except where prohibited, that CII may use winner's names, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation. By entering, entrant agrees that CII, its affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless for and against any damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize (and any travel related hereto) or participation in this sweepstakes. CII makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of prize or any travel awarded.
For residents of Québec, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
